Who We Are
VitalShots is an independent health publication exploring where ancestral health practices meet modern peer-reviewed science. We are published by Vitalizate LLC, a Wyoming-registered media company founded in 2026.
Every article is researched against peer-reviewed, PubMed-indexed studies and reviewed for accuracy before it goes live. We tell you plainly when the evidence is strong, mixed, or still early — because that honesty is the whole point.
Our Editorial Mission
Mainstream health media has two failure modes: oversimplification that strips out the nuance, and academic gatekeeping that locks useful knowledge behind paywalls and jargon. We aim for the middle path — rigorous citations paired with protocols a thoughtful reader can actually put into practice.
What you will find here:
- Long-form articles on specific health topics, with clear, practical guidance
- Citations to peer-reviewed sources, with PMID numbers linked directly to PubMed — and claims written to match what each study actually found
- Plain language about the strength of the evidence behind every recommendation
- Transparency about who writes our content, how we fund the site, and how we handle corrections
What you will not find:
- Invented “expert” personas or fake credentials
- “One weird trick” clickbait without scientific backing
- Cure claims, or content that tells you to start or stop medication on your own
- Sponsored content disguised as editorial
How We Work
VitalShots is researched and written by our in-house editorial team, working from peer-reviewed literature and primary sources. Our writers are health researchers and writers — not necessarily licensed clinicians — which is exactly why everything we publish is educational and never a substitute for professional medical care.
Where an article has been reviewed by a licensed health professional, that reviewer is named, with their real credentials, at the top of the article. We do not assign medical titles to writers who do not hold them.
